Because my clients don't pay me to talk on the the phone, I keep my ringer turned off when I'm working.
My outgoing message instructs callers to use email.
I prefer email to calls because sound quality is often a problem, and I am not always able to take notes.
When you email, always include a brief description of your project, your address (or cross streets) and phone #
