A BRIEF HISTORY OF MIKE
I grew up in the Bay Area, but attended college in Seattle... graduating from Seattle University in 1986. I returned to San Francisco to attend grad school at SFSU from 1989-90. My travels led me back to the Northwest where I began caring for properties as the general manager of an arboreal services company. I spent 10 years as property manager for Northwest Commercial Real Estate Investments, caring for several properties on Seattle's Capitol Hill.
The amount of experience I have gained working with "classic" and "charming" properties is immeasurable. However, an old disposal that leaks or a light fixture that won't turn on is not so charming. The skills I have acquired over the years have enabled me to assess and repair the common and not so common issues that arise from normal aging, wear and tear.
There is a simple satisfaction in taking something broken or in need of repair and making it work again. The fact is, I enjoy it.
